How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition
For clothing, unwashed and unworn, with tags attached
In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- Returning is at your cost and for you to arrange
- We recommend sending the package via a traceable method and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been received and processed.
- We only offer store credit for returns
- Returns older than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days of receiving it
- If you are approved, then your refund will be in the form of a E-Gift Card for store credit that will be e-mailed to you.
- Our E-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date
- You can then use your store credit for a different size if needed
- If your refund is approved because of a faulty item the purchase price will be refunded back onto the card you initially paid with
