Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPINGYour order is very important to us and that is why we aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
- Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification or e-mail from us. Any items held in your basket or wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
- Be ready to receive a call from our courier agent soon after you received your order confirmation to arrange delivery.
- Orders placed on the weekend; (Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday), will be processed on Sunday.
- Shipping Processing time may take between 24-48 hours. We ship worldwide.
- Orders placed during UAE local holidays will be dispatched post the holidays.
- Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages
- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Reliability is important to us, that is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you trust will be present at your delivery address to accept and sign for your delivery.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Our courier company will contact you as soon as your package is ready for delivery to your given address. We can deliver to Hotels within UAE, but please be sure to provide an accurate delivery address as well as contact number.
- Please do not refuse a delivery as this will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. In case of a refund made to you, will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
- We do not make a profit from courier charges and in most cases we subside these charges.
- Please note that our courier will contact you through the phone number provided to inform you regarding delivery of your order. After 3 attempts of failed delivery, your order will be returned to us and you may contact our team to arrange re-delivery.
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is confirmed. You are then able to track your order.
DUTIES & TAXES
- Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
- Although in some cases the shipping might be free of charge, you will still be responsible for paying any customs and taxes that might be due. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECTLY FULFILLED ORDERS
- Our brand and delivery partners take tested control measures to ensure that our products reach you in the best conditions. However, in the case your order has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will work to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
